Kangacrew are a small but fast growing company with a well-established reputation in the Midlands and South East. Our consultants work with Day Nurseries and Pre-Schools, placing candidates in roles from Nursery Assistants, Nursery Nurses, Senior Nursery Nurses, Room Leaders, Deputy Managers and Managers on a temporary and permanent basis.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us to run our Berkshire site, working from an office in a well known Nursery in Reading.

This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate; you will be taking over an already established desk, with a strong team of candidates and regular clients. As this is a busy, profitable site, and you will be in charge of your own desk and daily activities, so good time management, a proactive approach to your work and a ‘get up and go’ attitude is a must!

Although working with large amount of autonomy in your role, you will have ongoing support from senior consultants and managers at Kangacrew and full training will be given when employment commences.

You will be a bright, energetic and enthusiastic person, with a clear passion for childcare and education, who is looking to join a recruitment company with an excellent reputation, at a very exciting time.

Parking is available at the Nursery. Salary is negotiable and will be discussed at interview stage.

We offer 25 days annual leave among other benefits. OTE will be discussed at interview stage.
